The protection of your privacy is important to Jansen AG. We respect your privacy and ensure that it is protected and that your personal data is processed in accordance with the law.
This Data Privacy Policy provides you with information about the personal data that we collect and process, why we need this data and what rights you have with regard to your personal data. If there are inconsistencies between this Policy and any other agreements, the provisions of this Policy shall prevail.
This declaration also applies to personal data that has been collected and saved by Jansen in the past.
By using products and services of Jansen AG, you consent to the processing of your personal data by Jansen AG in accordance with the current Swiss data protection legislation and the following provisions.

9. Application, term and amendment
In accordance with Section 1, General, this Data Privacy Portal is an integral part of the contract and shall remain in force as long as you are in a contractual relationship with Jansen. This Data Privacy Policy cannot be terminated individually.
We reserve the right to amend or supplement this Data Privacy Policy so that it always complies with the current legal requirements as well as to implement changes to our services in the Data Privacy Policy, e.g. when introducing new products or services.
If there are differences between the German and this version of General data privacy policy, the German version shall prevail.
