The Jansen Group makes various provisions in order to always guarantee the safety of your personal data. Your data is diligently protected against falsification, manipulation, loss, destruction and unauthorised access or unauthorised disclosure. We do not gather any of your personal data without your consent. You alone decide whether you would like to declare your data to us or not. Your personal data is used exclusively to ensure that we can answer your questions, process your orders or give you access to special information or offers. Your personal data is, of course, not passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.

Purpose, legal basis, categories of recipients, storage duration of data processing

The purpose of data processing on this website is to be able to contact the in-house contacts with information on the products and services of our company, associated with the opportunity of the users.
To this end, as part of the service provision, we place particular emphasis on secrecy and data protection-obligated service companies. Forwarding to authorities only takes place if overriding legal regulations are present.
A connection with your browser is created upon your visit to the website. This information listed in the following is temporarily stored in system files and automatically recorded: IP address of your device, date and time of access, name and URL of called up files, website from which the access takes place or from which you were forwarded to our site (referrer URL), browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your device as well as the name of your provider.
The data referred to is processed by us for the purposes of seamless creation of connection and system security. The accrued connection data is automatically deleted and fundamentally not stored for more than seven days. If the website is improperly used, log data, the further storage of which is required for purposes of proof, is kept until clarification of the incident.
 

Server-Logfiles

You can visit our website without giving details about yourself. For every access to our website usage data is transferred by your web browser and saved in server logfiles. This saved data includes, for example, the name of the page called up, date and time of the call-up, transferred data quantity and the requesting provider. This data serves exclusively for the guarantee of a fault-free operation of our website and for improving our offer. It is technically necessary in order to correctly deliver the content of websites requested by you and is obligatory for the use of the internet. An assignment of this data to a specific person is not possible.

Contact with us

If you contact us via a form on the website or via e-mail, your details that you have submitted will be temporarily stored by us for the purpose of processing of the query and in the event of follow-up questions. This data remains within the Jansen Group and is not forwarded beyond this without your consent.

Newsletter

You have the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this we require your name, your address and your e-mail address as well as your declaration that you agree to the subscription to the newsletter. You can also give further information. As soon as you have subscribed to the newsletter we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm the subscription.
We log the order of the newsletter, the sending of the confirmation e-mail and the receipt of the requested answer. The data is used exclusively for the purpose of sending the newsletter and is not passed on to third parties. In order to correctly supply you with information, we also collect and process voluntarily provided information on your industry and function. Subscribers may also be informed of circumstances via e-mail that are relevant to the service or registration (for example, changes to the newsletter offer or technical circumstances).
You can cancel the subscription to the newsletter at any time. There is a corresponding link to this in every newsletter. Google Analytics/Google DoubleClick

DoubleClick uses cookies which assign a pseudonymous ID number to your browser. The cookies are used to evaluate the use of this website. The data collected is evaluated for statistical purposes and in anonymised form. The cookies are used to promote this website operator’s products (retargeting). Advertisements relating to this may be shown to the user on other websites at a later point in time. We also use the services of Aumago GmbH, Savignyplatz 9/10, D-10623 Berlin to analyse and display advertising.

Google Maps
We use Google Maps for embedding maps. In doing so, we connect to servers of Google Ireland Ltd. via an API. The IP address, URL (internet address) of our website and the date/time of use are sent to Google as a minimum. The legal basis for transfer is our agreement with Google Ireland Ltd. Facebook pixel
‘Facebook pixel’ from the social network Facebook, operated by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA or, if you are based in the EU, Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (‘Facebook’) is used on our website.

Facebook pixel enables Facebook, for one thing, to designate you, as a visitor to our website, as a target group for displaying adverts ('Facebook ads’). In line with this, we use Facebook pixel to display Facebook ads placed by us to only those Facebook users that have also shown an interest in our online services or who have the specific characteristics (e.g. interest in certain subjects or products that are defined using the websites visited) that we communicate to Facebook (known as ‘custom audiences’).
