General information on the events

Our experienced Training Department places great value on the direct value to you of the content in your everyday tasks. No dry theory, but lots of examples, case studies and exercises. Learn today, apply tomorrow.

Seminars with date and location information

You receive a participation confirmation approx. 1 week after receipt of the registration. If an event is fully booked, you will receive an alternative date. Jansen AG reserves the right to summarise or cancel event dates if there are an insufficient number of participants. Compensation payments can no longer be made valid

Seminar without precise date and location information, company-specific seminar offer:

if your company has a specific training requirement, then use this offer. We will try to take your desired date into account.

Events with attendance fees

With the participation confirmation you receive a special invoice, which is to be paid within 1 week. In the event of participation cancellation by the participant(s) the following flat-rate fees are calculated:

  • 1 week before start of event 50% of the attendance fee
    3 working days before start of event as well as in the event of non-attendance the entire attendance fee is invoiced

The cancellation must be given in writing.

For Jansen/Schüco software training the following also applies:
In the event of cancellation of the seminar fewer than 3 days before the start of the seminar as well as in the event of non-attendance Jansen Service invoices a cancellation fee of Fr. 150.
Of course, you can replace the registered participant with a different employee. In the event of cancellation by Jansen AG already paid attendance fee are refunded.

Events without attendance fees

Your company bears the costs for travel of the participants, if necessary, also the costs for overnight stay, breakfast and dinner as well as all incidental costs in the hotel. You are to directly inform the hotel of a room cancellation due to a cancellation before the start of the seminar. Should you arrive at the hotel later than 6 pm, we ask that you inform the hotel of this. You can find our hotel recommendations under information and hotel recommendations.
During the event Jansen AG bears the costs for food and drinks.
