	Profile extrusion	We are experts in the extrusion of plastic profiles and offer innovative solutions for complex customer requirements, including co-extrusion, multi-layer technology and special coating processes. With decades of experience and the processing of thermoplastics, including those with reinforcements such as glass fiber or metal, we deliver maximum strength and performance.
	Engineering	Our highly qualified engineering team supports you in the development of your plastic profiles, carries out strength calculations and FEM analyses and works with you to develop the optimum geometry. We use state-of-the-art software to create CAD models and manufacture precise extrusion tools in our own toolmaking facility - all for maximum precision and efficiency.
	Post-processing	In addition to profile extrusion, we offer various mechanical and thermal post-processing processes such as tempering, milling, turning and punching in order to prepare your profiles precisely for your application. We can also print and individually package your extrusion profiles to provide a customized solution for your profiles and your logistics.
	Material testing	In our in-house laboratory, we carry out comprehensive materials testing, including chemical analysis, strength testing and thermal testing, to ensure the quality and suitability of your extrusion profiles. We also test for ageing, weathering and pressure resistance as well as filler content to ensure that each material meets the highest quality standards.
