Sustainability
Sustainability is an integral part of our corporate strategy and our daily operations as a systems provider. With a holistic approach, we take responsibility for the environment, society, and future generations. Our ESG-based sustainability strategy is divided into three key areas of action: Environmental, Social, and Governance—these form the framework for our goals, measures, and progress along the entire value chain.
Environmental – Responsibility for the Environment and Climate
We focus on the responsible use of natural resources and the protection of the climate and the environment. In particular, we concentrate on increasing energy and resource efficiency, reducing emissions, and implementing measures to promote the circular economy.
Through continuous investments in modern technologies, optimized processes, and the expansion of our own renewable energy generation, we make a significant contribution to the long-term improvement of our environmental impact.
Our goal is to develop durable, high-quality, and resource-efficient products that meet both our customers’ requirements and environmental and regulatory standards. In doing so, we consider the entire product life cycle—from material selection and manufacturing to use, reuse, and recycling. Transparent environmental information provides a solid foundation for sustainable decisions.
The specific sustainability priorities and measures in the product area are defined in accordance with the requirements of the individual business units.

Social – Employees, Products, and Social Responsibility
The Social aspect of ESG encompasses our responsibility toward employees and society.
Employees and Corporate Culture
Our employees are at the heart of our sustainable actions. We promote safe and healthy working conditions, equal opportunity, individual development, and an open and appreciative corporate culture. Through targeted training and continuing education programs, as well as clear leadership and value principles, we create an environment in which people can develop over the long term and take on responsibility.
Social Engagement – Suisse Togo Initiative
Beyond our core business, we assume social responsibility as part of our corporate social responsibility (CSR) commitment. This commitment is long-term in nature and focuses on sustainable social projects in regions with which we have close ties. In doing so, we deliberately prioritize partnerships that empower people to help themselves and have a lasting impact.
One example of this is our long-standing support for the Initiative Suisse Togo. The goal of this initiative is to contribute to improving local living conditions through targeted projects—particularly in the areas of education, health, and social development. This commitment is actively supported by our employees and reflects our understanding of social responsibility.

Governance – Acting Responsibly and Transparently
Responsible, values-based corporate conduct forms the foundation of our sustainability strategy. In the area of governance, the focus is on transparent decision-making processes, clear responsibilities, and compliance with legal and ethical standards. Our principles are guided by long-term thinking, reliability, and integrity—both in our own actions and in our transparent and responsible collaboration with our business partners throughout the value chain.
