In January 2021, Jansen AG acquired the subsidiary RP Technik GmbH from the Welser Profile industrial group. The aim of this acquisition was to strengthen and expand its position in the field of steel systems for windows, doors, and facades. We hereby wish to inform you that, after careful consideration of the options for entrepreneurial responsibility for the French market, we will not be extending our collaboration with KDI France beyond December 31, 2025.
Jansen AG is currently finalizing its agreement with Schüco International SCS regarding the distribution of RP Technik steel systems, such as Fineline, Tec, and Hermetic, on the French market as of January 1, 2026.
Descasystem, a partner of Jansen AG, will take over the current Standard range from RP Technik as of January 1, 2026.
