The jewel of Uppsala 

The project is certified as Platinum, the highest level of achievement according to the international sustainability system LEED. Its sustainability criteria ensure a good indoor climate, efficient use of energy and all materials have been carefully selected.  

The spacious glass facades on the ground floor, with their nine-metre-high self-supporting structural glazing, help create an airy and bright atmosphere. The Schüco AWS 90.SI aluminium windows and the Jansen VISS steel facade with structural glazing were used for the facade. In the interior, individual FWS 50 glass facades and Jansen Janisol 60 steel doors were also used.
