As a provider of steel profile systems for windows, doors, facades and folding and sliding doors, Jansen is part of the global architecture and metal construction sector. The Swiss quality leads to success across borders – thanks to a high level of expertise and equally high-performance standards, architects, investors, manufacturers and sales partners value these standards and engage in lively dialogue with Jansen at countless events, training courses and trade fairs. However, COVID-19 is presenting us with new challenges in this respect.
Even if BAU 2021 were to be held as normal, the coronavirus situation would probably not permit a “normal” trade fair and the experience for customers, partners, interested parties and employees would not be the same – added to which would be the potential risk of infection. After careful consideration and with a heavy heart, Jansen has for this reason decided not to attend BAU 2021.
By making this decision at an early stage, we are assuming responsibility for our employees and sales partners, and are also providing them with planning certainty. This will enable them to focus their capacities on projects and concepts with which we can actively support our customers and sales partners during and after the crisis.
Jansen is currently reviewing alternative platforms for making contact with customers and partners in 2021 as well as for showcasing its new products and services.
