Function and aesthetics in harmony at BAU 2023
Jansen’s trade fair appearance will be all about design and will therefore be linked to the Telescope event in June 2022. For Jansen, design means striking the balance between function and aesthetics. We combine well-engineered functionality with practical handling of the products in order to create an appealing visual effect. A building should offer residents or users the greatest possible comfort and protection, but also integrate into its surroundings, make a concept visible and be convincing in terms of form.
The holistic design approach is also reflected in the products from Jansen, which take the need for aesthetics into account in addition to covering all the necessary standards. Steel makes it possible to design windows, doors and facades in sizes, shapes and surfaces that no other material allows. This opens up a variety of creative possibilities for architects and metalworkers, defines architecture and gives buildings a unique character.

In addition to tried-and-tested steel systems, we will also present exciting innovations such as the free-form facade VISS³, which redefines the facade, an oversized Janisol Arte 66 side-hung window, which goes beyond conventional dimensions, and an intuitively adjustable 3D door hinge, which substantially simplifies door adjustment.
